We endeavor to deliver the majority of orders on weekdays to your door on time (between 8:30am and 6:00pm). For most items we deliver the recipient needs to sign for the goods on delivery. As delivery takes place only on working days, there are no dispatches made on weekends or public holidays. If an item you have ordered is not usually held in stock, it will, in most cases, take another five to 10 working days to be delivered. We will let you know at the earliest opportunity if there is any further delay. If this is unacceptable to you, we will allow you to cancel your order at any time.
Our delivery process is straightforward and designed to deliver maximum efficiency and service to each of our customers. We use Royal to deliver our packages and they have always provided us with an excellent service. The couriers we use work at a 95-98% efficiency level and so the likelihood is that your goods will be delivered on time. However, in the event that they are not we cannot be held responsible for late delivery as once the items have been collected by the courier, the date and time on which they are delivered is no longer in our control.
We ship worldwide and our rates vary depending on the location we are shipping to. Wherever in the world we are shipping to, we aim to fulfil delivery of all orders within three to four working days, but sometimes this isn’t possible. The maximum time for any delivery will usually be 12 working days when delivering to the rest of the world.
Much of our growth since we were established in 1965 has been based on the excellent service we provide to customers around the world. It is an aspect of our business which we pride ourselves on. Indeed we view it as the most important aspect of our organisation. If you are not happy with the service you have received from us we take this very seriously and will endeavor to remedy the situation at the soonest opportunity. We encourage detailed feedback from all our customers as this allows us to continually improve and update our processes.
If you find that any of the shoes you have purchased from us have been damaged during the delivery process, please contact us so that we can understand the extent of the damage and whether a refund/replacement is necessary. In most cases, our couriers provide a first class service but there are always exceptions to the rule and in the event that something has happened to your order in transit we will do everything we can to resolve the situation.
Our delivery mechanisms are always improving to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. We use any feedback we receive to analyse the processes we have in place and if necessary implement the changes needed to enhance our service.

What’s the width of each of your feet? It’s probably a question you’ve never asked yourself before, because when you go to buy a new pair of shoes you are bombarded by information about the length of the shoes. That’s what shoe size refers to: the length of your feet.
We believe it’s time this changed. The variability in the width of people’s feet isn’t something which seems to concern the mainstream footwear retailers, but we’re different. We’ve dedicated ourselves to this for many years and now we have a vision to change the way footwear is sold to everyone. We want the width of shoes to be displayed and feature in customer’s buying decisions just as prominently as the length.
Picture this. You’re in a tailor’s buying a new suit for work and you try on a grey chequered shirt. It feels a little bit tight around the waist but you think it just about fits. What do you do? Ask for a larger shirt? Or just settle for the one you’ve tried on? Of course, you would request a shirt in the next size up, to see if that one fits better. So why don't we do this with footwear?
People are happier to settle for shoes that are a bit tight width wise but are just right in length. They think they ‘just need to break them in’. But where do you even start when it comes to working out the width of your feet?
We offer multiple widths which includes:
EE (2E)
EEE (3E)
EEEE (4E)
EEEEEE (6E)
EEEEEEEE (8E)
Each of these is wider than the average sized foot, with E being the narrowest and EEE the widest. Each of these width sizes varies with the relative length of the foot. So, for example, if you are a size 4 length-wise and a size E width-wise, you will have a different width size than someone who has a size 8 length-wise and a size E width-wise. Similarly, with EE and EEE, if the length size changes, the width size will also be different.
Size E shoes can be thought of as the entry point for people with wider feet to actually buy wide-fitting shoes. If your feet aren’t wide enough to make a size E necessary, then you don’t need especially wide-fitting shoes and you should be fine with buying shoes from your local general shoe retailer. Size EE shoes are slightly bigger again and are often referred to as ‘extra wide fit’, while size EEE are labeled an ‘extra extra wide fit’.
0.20 inches between size 9 and 10, while the width for medium sized feet increases by 0.10 inches at every interval. The increase for wide shoes jumps by 0.20 inches to start with and then by 0.10 inches when moving from size 9 to 10.

We only ship replacements once the goods have been received back to our warehouse for processing. If faulty goods have been received and replacements are urgently needed, we will do our best to ship out a replacement product if it is in stock. In this exceptional situation, the customer will be required to pay the full amount for the replacement goods while the faulty product is on its way. When we receive the faulty and/or damaged product we will issue a full refund for the original price paid for the product.
We are confident that the need for refunds will be rare and we provide as much information, both visually and in writing, on our website as we can, so that you get a good idea of the shoes you will receive before you place your order. We provide detailed product descriptions and reviews for you to peruse and to help you make a better decision before purchasing. We hope that all this information will allow you to understand what you are getting before you make a purchase and so make the need for refunds only necessary in exceptional circumstances, such as when the shoes don’t fit properly or when they have been damaged in transit.
We can guarantee you that if there is a problem with the shoes we will act promptly to resolve the situation with the minimum of fuss and if a refund is in order, it will be issued as soon as possible.
Our refund policy is open and fair. We also have a seven day cooling off period, which means that if you complete a transaction and the shoes have not yet been sent from our store, we will refund the full money paid including postage and packaging within the 7-day period. Not only this but all our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days. We operate a heavily discounted shipping structure.
