Coronavirus Update
To our valued customer,
Firstly, in these worrying times, our deepest thoughts are with all who have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic, and I wanted to share with you the precautions we are taking in our London store in response to the outbreak.
As our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers, we have expanded our daily practices to maintain a clean and safe environment within our store by introducing additional measures that reflect the recommended World Health Organisation and Public Health England guidelines. Cleaning in our store has been intensified, with our teams requested to regularly sanitise their hands.
Our London and Online store is planned to stay open Monday- Saturday to help the general public if needed. We will of course continue to monitor the situation and follow direction given by the government and will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our customers and our teams.
